In light of the whole not having a job thing, and needing money for baby stuff, and since I'm seriously out of practice with Japanese... I've decided to sell items from my manga/artbooks/random stuff collection.

These are all in perfect, mint condition. Please note, all items were imported from Japan years ago, and are NOT in English.

Also, I will be updating this with more information on specific series, with pictures, etc. Later.

If you know of anybody who is interested in anime/manga, please feel free to direct them to this post. Thanks!

So this happened awhile ago, but I forgot to link it:

Some women get breakfast in bed.

My husband brought me a kitten.

(He's orange and white and 80% ear and absolutely adorable. His name is Simon Chewtoy, but we just call him Chewie.)

Pictures coming soon.

Also, I've decided our next kitten shall be named Darth Waffles.

...

I'm getting over being sick, finally. Still a bit sniffly and congested, but I think that's mainly due to the sun running scared from Washington. I'm hoping it makes a reappearance in time for the weekend.

...

My Mama bought me maternity clothes! Thank goodness! I still had clothes that fit, but none of my tops matched my bottoms, and the only church-appropriate clothes I have are for fall/winter. I donated most of my summer clothes last year, and apparently I only kept the too-scandalous-for-old-Baptist-ladies shirts or something (I think I figured I'd have the money to buy more - hahahahaha).

...

Is anybody else as impressed as I am with the results of Google's Doodle contest? There are some super cute designs.

I'm too lazy to Google it, so can somebody please tell me the reasoning behind extra fancy tomato ketchup? Does fancy ketchup have an extra special ingredient (probably the horribly evil high fructose corn syrup)?

Also: What, if any, is the difference between catsup and ketchup? When and why did two different forms of spelling occur?

We're moving into our house on January 25th!

I really do want to post an actual update, one with information on my life, etc.

But until then, check this out.

Pretty neat graffiti. And easy cleanup!

The best commercial in the universe. It's Korean.

Watch the little Korean lady dance. Watch, and be amazed.

I just spent a few minutes jumping on my bed.

Ha, I'm so allowing my children to do that, at least in limited amounts. In fact, I highly recommend that you give it a try, especially if you haven't done it in awhile.

Driving home tomorrow. Must clean the house, take pictures of the corner breakfast nook, pack, and prep the car.

Turkey turkey turkey!

I probably won't be online much, what with being in Olympia. Not that I've been spending much time online anyway. Yeesh, I don't even know where my time goes anymore.

That might be a lie.

That last sentence was almost a lie. Thank goodness for qualifying claims.

Anyway. My time goes "kawoosh" because I have much on my schedule and much more fun stuff that can be done by ditching the items on my agenda.

MARCH! Why MARCH? Oh, Sci-Fi, you wound me.

Watched Love Actually today. Oh goodness, that little boy is just about the cutest kid in the universe.

P.S. Interpol wanted me to tell you that the subway, she is a porno. But New York cares.

Did I ever mention that I named Eric's iPod "Frankenstein"?

I call it "Frankie".

Such a cute little monster of an invention.

This is why I love Ok Go.

Better than DDR, that is.

Also, I must remember not to rest my chin in my hands when I've written on my palm.

(Click here to post your own answers for this meme.)

I miss somebody right now. I don't watch much TV these days. I own lots of books.
× I wear glasses or contact lenses. × I love to play video games. × I've tried marijuana.
× I've watched porn movies. × I have been the psycho-ex in a past relationship. I believe honesty is usually the best policy.
I curse sometimes. I have changed a lot mentally over the last year. × I carry my knife/razor everywhere with me.
it goes on... )

... Great balls of fire!

Sorry, had to do that. (Hm, that reminded me of you, Jule!)

Anyway. Life has been... well, not good, actually. But it's getting better. That whole being sick thing completely sapped my focus, motivation, and determination. I missed school, work, Core, fell behind in nearly everything, and was cranky and mean to people just trying their best to cheer me up.

I suck.

But like I said, it's getting better! I had a chat with God last night/this morning, and I feel refreshed. It's a new week for me. I have Relay for Life today (although I wish there were two of me so I could go on the Chi Alpha retreat). My kitty has gas and the hiccups, and it's quite possibly the cutest thing, EVER! I finally formatted my computer, and it now almost everything running on it is LEGIT! Yesterday there was a group of autistic folks cleaning up the Chipman Trail, and it was AWESOME! And I met my goal of $350 for the Relay for Life!

Yeah, cool, stuff.

Also, I have a different journal now for God-related musings. Not that I still won't mention Him here, as I talk about my life in this here "livejournal" and hey, He's the most important part of it! And it's not to spare those on here who don't wish to read about it, because as much as I dislike offending people, well, it *is* my journal, and I know all of my friends are intelligent enough to use filters if necessary... No, I decided to do some daily devotional stuff over in another journal because I think God deserves His own journal. =) It's cleaner, and simpler, and makes it easier for me to daily devotionals.

So I started my paper, really, but then Shelly was looking up information on moles. Not the kind that dig in yards, but the 6.02x10^23 kind (Ms. Jett would be so proud of me).

Anyway, she came across this site of Mole Day jokes and terms. We laughed really hard at this one:

Q: What kind of fruit does Avogadro eat in the summer?
A: Watermolens!

I laughed a lot because it's so close, I just thought it was a cute pun. But Shelly laughed because she was thinking "avocado" because of "Avogadro" and so was completely surprised by "watermelons" - and then I mentioned to her that it was "watermolens"...

Yeah. We're silly.

Okay, back to writing.

(I post so much when I have better things to do.)
